We truly enjoyed the hotel and Joliet, had 1 great day there. The location offered was great and perfect, just next door to Joliet for a funeral, 52 sports bar, and the malls. The rooms were modern and beautiful here with a hot tub, a couch, and comfortable beds.

During my Easter weekend stay, I enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. The location was convenient, right off the highway and close to shopping, restaurants, and churches. Additionally, I appreciated the hot breakfast options that were available each morning.

One downside of my stay was the lack of organization and communication from the hotel. There seemed to be confusion regarding my reservation, which caused a delay in getting my room.
